Heath Roofing put in two vents in our roof to deal with a condensation problem. They arranged scaffolders and the job was complete within a week of accepting the quotation. The only niggle was that scaffolders (a separate company) took a week after the work to take it down. The vents appear to have sorted the condensation issue.

another timewaster full of it. He didnt sound as if he was interested in a job, just to replace a couple of roof tiles. He agreed to the job over the phone where over a weekend, i was contacting the tenants of the property and awaiting their responses to arrange a time that suited him. He is cardiff based but lived away in porthcawl and didnt want to pop around too late in the afternoon due to his travelling home. That is fair enough but i managed to bend the leg or one of my tenants to finish work early to accommodate tyrone visit. The tenant wasnt happy but the work needed to be done. I had sent texts with no reply. I phone this morning and he said he was with a customer and will phone back. I have waited all day for his call where i had to call him again. left a voicemail and still no reply. Called again late afternoon, call went to voicemail and still no reply. Like another roofer that has also let me down and pretty selfish they both are, i have lost a whole week waiting on two diffeent roofers promising nothing. if you dont want the job or cant do it, then just say so. would not recommend as tyrone could lead you up the garden path and not someone who can communicate. If your stuck to a timescale, then this is another company that can throw your plans out of the window. thanks for nothing

Very happy with the the work and service provided by Heath Roofing. Needed some tiles replacing as well as a roof timber which had rotted. I was shown photos of the areas of work which needed doing beforehand along with a full explanation of what the work would entail. Where there were options these were discussed with me and I felt I was able to make informed choices as to what repair option would best suit the property. The workers kept me up to date with progress whilst on site and cleaned up properly once the work had been completed. Site was kept tidy and organised during the time on the job.

The cause of a leak in our extension roof was quickly identified by one of the Heath Roofers who visited our property shortly after we explained the problem over the telephone. The gentleman was very thorough in the way he approached the task, even showing us a video of the problem causing the leak. The roof was duly repaired and has since withstood the test of being exposed to the very recent storm conditions. A very efficient and professional company. Thank you.

We recommend Heath Roofing Ltd following our recent roof repair. Damp was appearing in our single story extension so Heath Roofing were contacted and Tyrone immediately spotted that incorrect tiles had been fitted by a previous company. They were not suitable for the low pitch of our roof so were not clearing rainwater effectively. Further investigation found it was a substandard installation resulting in timbers rotting and poor lead work. His workmen were thorough, knowledgeable and very hardworking. Tyrone supervised all work and showed us video of the repairs as they progressed. Don't go for the cheapest as we have discovered at our cost. Use professionals like Heath Roofing Ltd.
