Mark responded promptly to a request for advice and called round the next day. Diagnosed the problem quickly, talked me through a couple of solutions, then went straight ahead with the job which we agreed on for a very reasonable price. A very personable and professional chap, and we highly recommend him.

I noticed Marks van in Lidl’s car park in rothwell and asked if he would be able to come and look at our gutters as when it rains we have a waterfall!!! Mark took my details said he would come up after he had done his shopping. He came to our house, showed me everything on the camera, gave me a reasonable price and said if I wanted he would do them there and then for me. He showed me where the blockage was, explained everything, updated me as he was doing things and explained things at the end and gave me excellent advice for the future re our gutters / neighbours gutters. A super guy, very friendly, knowledgable and you know he is a genuine guy whose prices aren’t inflated and you can trust. Highly recommend. Ps - we’d had 2 other company’s our previous who said gutters needed replacing and never even checked how blocked they were to solve the problems.

Thanks to Mark, he came and did a quote and sent a video showing our blockage in the gutter, the price was very agreeable he came round and completed the work as stated. would recommend and will be calling again next year for another clean.

Mark came out as I had been having problems with my guttering, leading to damp walls and a leak. Using his camera, Mark located the problem was actually that the wooden gutter was rotten and letting water through- all of this was shown to me on screen. Although Mark was prepared to repair the damage he advised that I would be best saving my money and getting a replacement (which is not something he does). In short, Mark put the needs of the customer first rather than making a quick buck (he didn't charge me anything). I really appreciate that honesty as it is very rare (I had already had three different "experts" out, including a big company who also sent a camera up, but none of them noticed or reported the damage- the big company said the downpipe was blocked, which even to me sounded like nonsense, particularly since they hadn't put their camera anywhere near the downpipe!). I have now had a new gutter fitted, but it is thanks to Mark that I was even aware this was necessary. When it is time to get my gutters cleaned it is definitely Mark that I'll be calling.
