Someone else did the work The invoice was only given on request and had the wrong company name on it, meaning I have no confidence that the warranty exists or is usable They didn’t discuss wood materials beforehand however they did use standard grade water resistent wood that is solid, just doesn’t look as nice as the previous wood The felt has been done in many small pieces which is holding fine in poor weather atm but presents more opportunities for openings to appear They made some grevious errors such as breaking the lock on my garage door, which they fixed, and potentially damaging out boiler, which they paid for a gas engineer to look at - but if they were more professional these shouldn’t have been issues in the first place. They were apologetic and through all the bad weather in January it’s been fine, hence the 2 stars instead of 1, however will it last 10 years? I’m honestly not sure.
