They took drone photos to show us the problem which were very helpful. They repaired the roof and chimney in about a week and did an excellent job. Invited quotation from ERS to clear tenement guttering as they had done some work satisfactorily a few years ago. Obtained a reasonable quote along with some very helpful drone footage of the guttering and other images of the roof. Once we gave the go-ahead, the work was done promptly with the use of a cherry picker. After a period of rainfall I asked them to return to attend to an ongoing leak and they responded quickly to fix the problem. Overall very happy with the service, thank you.
