Edinburgh Roofing Services

Edinburgh Roofing is an excellent contractor. They turn up promptly and always do an excellent job on broken slate repairs, chimney rendering to stop water ingress, cleaning gutters etc etc. They are highly regarded by many households.

Friendly and professional throughout. Available very quickly and the job completed in good time despite the weather. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but wouldn't hesitate to do so if I needed to.

I recently had my roof replaced by Edinburgh Roofing Services and found them to be professional, efficient and reliable. The communication with head office was great, the estimator was quick to provide a quote and the roofers turned up at 8am each day and even weekends to get the job done. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Edinburgh Roofing Services repaired the stone and cement work on a chimney on a house built about 1820. They also replaced a number of slates and painted a flat roof. They took drone photos to show us the problem which were very helpful. They repaired the roof and chimney in about a week and did an excellent job. The workmen were very polite and helpful and I would certainly recommend Edinburgh Roofing Services.

Edinburgh Roofing Services did an excellent job on my house. The team was professional, arrived on time, and completed the work to a high standard. They explained everything clearly and left the place clean and tidy. I’m really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them, great service all around!

I had an excellent experience with Edinburgh Roofing Services. From the first visit to the final sign‑off, the team were professional, reliable, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything clearly, provided a detailed quote, and kept me updated throughout the work. The quality of the workmanship really stood out, you can tell they use proper materials and take pride in doing things to a high standard. My roof looks fantastic, and they even provided photographic updates so I could see the progress. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this organised and customer‑focused. I also appreciated how transparent they were about costs and timelines. Everything was completed exactly when they said it would be, with no surprises. Knowing the work is backed by an insurance guarantee gives real peace of mind too. Overall, I’d highly recommend Edinburgh Roofing Services to anyone needing repairs or a full installation. A genuinely trustworthy and skilled local company.

Invited quotation from ERS to clear tenement guttering as they had done some work satisfactorily a few years ago. Obtained a reasonable quote along with some very helpful drone footage of the guttering and other images of the roof. Once we gave the go-ahead, the work was done promptly with the use of a cherry picker. After a period of rainfall I asked them to return to attend to an ongoing leak and they responded quickly to fix the problem. Overall very happy with the service, thank you.
