DKA Roofing and Construction Ltd

DKA Roofing & Construction Ltd is a locally owned roofing company based in Bradford. The company serves West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. It specialises in re-roofing, re-felting, roof tiling and slating, Yorkshire stone roofs, chimney rebuilds, pointing and repointing, lead work, rubber roofs, flat roofs, dry ridge systems, and fascias and soffits.

DKA Roofing and Construction Ltd is consistently described by customers as a professional and reliable outfit. Several reviewers highlight the quality of the finished result, particularly on complete roof replacements, new roofs for self-build extensions and the fitting of roof windows. Adam is named repeatedly for prompt, reasonable quotes and for the courteous, hard-working team he leads. Punctuality and reliability come up often, with customers noting that crews arrived when expected and completed projects on schedule. Tidiness is another recurring theme, as teams are said to clear up thoroughly after themselves and leave sites clean.

Communication is praised for keeping clients informed from the initial quotation through to completion, and the advice offered during projects is described as helpful and sound. Reviewers also mention that problems or snagging items were identified and rectified without hesitation, with work only signed off once the team was satisfied. The standard of workmanship received independent recognition when a building society surveyor commented on it during a mortgage inspection. Politeness and a willingness to return for further household jobs are also noted, with one customer describing Adam and his team as their first choice for future work around the property.
