Dexters Roof Care

Dexters Roof Care is described by customers as a roofing firm that handles both planned and emergency projects across Luton and the surrounding areas, with several reviewers highlighting the speed of response to urgent call-outs. A recurring theme is the quality of the finished work, whether that involves a full roof replacement, flat roof systems, slate work or repairs to leaks and storm damage. Named staff member James is praised repeatedly for his knowledge and friendly approach, with customers describing him as trustworthy and approachable.

Reviewers often note that materials were organised in advance and that no payment was taken upfront, a point that comes up in accounts of larger jobs such as new roofs and chimney work. Communication before and after the job is mentioned as a strength, with updates provided throughout and explanations given clearly. Tidiness also features, as customers describe the site being left clean once work was completed. Fair pricing is another aspect that reviewers raise, alongside the standard of workmanship and the range of services including batten and rafter replacement, breathable felt installation and chimney rebuilding.
