DEE & DON ROOFING LIMITED

Householders in Aberdeen who needed storm damage repairs, guttering work and missing slate replacement describe Dee & Don Roofing as easy to deal with from the outset. Reviewers repeatedly mention that the team arrives when it promises and completes work promptly. Clear communication is a recurring theme, spanning the initial assessment, the quotation and any questions raised during the project. One household recounts a misunderstanding at the end that was resolved when the firm returned to put matters right. Competitive pricing comes up often, with one customer having gathered several quotes before choosing.

A tidy finish is another point that recurs, as working areas are left clean afterwards. Aiden and his team are named for their polite and helpful manner. A drone was used to survey the finished roof, with images forwarded to the customer, and the replacement of lost slates alongside a gutter fault was managed without major disruption to the home. Several customers describe the whole process as smooth from enquiry to completion, and the standard of the finished roof is singled out by more than one account. The guttering repair following storm damage drew particular praise for the two polite workers involved.
