D Haynes Roofing

Used D Haynes to tidy up my new roof following a variety of short-cuts by the previous contractor, who has now ceased trading. Provided the professional finish I needed and given me the reassurance I was looking for.

DHaynes Roofing just completed the second job at my property which consisted of a flat roof and replacing some cracked ridge tiles. Job was delayed by two days due to some rolling job delays with the extreme weather (heat). I was kept informed and was no issue at all for me. Job was completed on time and to an excellent level. His team left the site clean and tidy and where very polite and respectful at all times on site. Highly recommend.

A great job done with good humour and minimum fuss. We recently moved into our new house in Milton Keynes and needed replacement for two large, gone rotten, velux windows that were undoubtedly original to the forty-five year old building. We rang a couple of roofers but decided on D. Haynes following their inspection visit. Jay understood exactly what was needed and while he was here did a quick check on the rest of the roof. Rather look for extra work, he looked for easy solutions to the few small issues there were (some cracked tiles and a bit of repair to some lead work). The scaffolding went up the weekend before work started, the work was completed in a single day and the scaffolding removed two days later. The two roofers who did the work were fantastic. They worked solidly, under extreme heat (one of the hottest days so far) and before leaving, made sure everything worked perfectly. Complete stars, the both of them! From start to finish, our experience with this firm has been excellent and we will certainly contact them again if we need further roof work. No hesitation at all in recommending them!

I got them in for a reroof after noticing some issues in the membrane. We had Gav and his team and they did a great job. Even fixed my neighbour’s leaky gutter while they were at it. Top job!

David Haynes kept a roofing quote on hold for me for over 9 months awaiting a house move. Eventually missing roof tiles were put in place las week. I have found the office staff and the roofers who came to be really polite and helpful thank you it was very much appreciated.

I have no hesitation in recommending D Haynes Roofing.  The torrential rain in November had uncovered a problem with the dormer above my bedroom, leaving watermarks on the ceiling.  Jay came out to inspect and was able to show me photographs of the damaged area with a clear explanation of the issue.   The written quote sent to me was comprehensive in documenting the problem and the corrective work required.   Communication with the company was excellent and everyone involved was professional  and polite from office staff, to scaffolders and roofers.   It was clearly a very busy time for the company following the recent downpours, so I was very grateful to get the work completed and scaffolding removed before Christmas, and can now sleep easy in my bed.  Thanks guys.

I couldn't rate these guys any more highly! Absolutely amazing team, the breadth and knowledge their team have is second to none. Beyond that, their dedication to customer service and value makes them the one of the best service providers I have ever used. We have been in the depths of a 2 year dispute with MK Council & their contractors who have caused significant damage to our property through the replacement of the neighbouring council owned property. After contacting D Haynes Roofing they booked me in an assessment in record time (despite the busy time period due to bad weather). Jay, who came to inspect our roof, was AMAZING. He was polite, courteous and most importantly he took the time to explain what he had found and explain it in non technical speak. He showed the photo's and videos he had taken, clearly articulated where the challenges where and what the likely repercussions where. We live in an aged property where access is not easy - however Jay managed to access the roof efficiently, safely and deliver what the Council and other contractors have failed to do during multiple visits. The relief I felt once Jay had been was insurmountable to be honest. After battling for 2 years I finally felt like someone had listened. The office sent me my report within 24 hours with all videos and photos enabling me to identify the root cause of the issue and push back to MK Council. I can't thank the team enough.
