BUTLER ROOFING SERVICES LIMITED

I could not rate William and his team high enough. William accomodated my urgency and reschedule his work around to fit my job in, showing great customer care. He has a highly professional team who keeps the client updated and cleans the premises after themselves. Highly recommend Butler Roofing for good honest professional service, finished to a high standard.

From the beginning in dialogue with BRS, this company was more than willing to listen and accommodate my requirements to renew 50% of the roof tiles to the original house in Aberdeen. The removal and the installation of the roof tiles was coordinated to my satisfaction with the supervisor on site. I could not fault any of the installation labour who were on site each day from start to finish (sometimes 10 men) same time every day. At the completion of installation I went round to review the work carried out and could not fault the quality of the installation. I would recommend using this company due to quality of installation.

Can't speak highly enough of the service. Our house is pretty old, Grade B listed, and the whole roof needed replacing in the original style and materials. The team did a fantastic job. Out in all weathers in February in Aberdeenshire to get it done ASAP is a commitment to the cause. Five out of five.

We had to get our roof retiled and I am delighted we chose Butler Roofing Services Ltd. They did a first rate job. Kept me well informed as to how it was all going and worked at it until the job was finished and then tidied everything up. On top of that it was a great crew of lads doing the job.

I couldn’t be happier with the roofing job from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options, provided a fair and transparent quote, and stuck to the timeline they promised. The crew showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean and safe. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship—the finished roof looks amazing and has already made a noticeable difference in my home’s comfort and appearance. What impressed me most was their honesty and communication. No surprises, no upselling, just great service and quality work. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend them.

Although we initially thought that our house in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire would require a fairly minor repair, we ended up needing a completely new roof. After we'd got over the initial shock of this needing to be done, the team at Butler Roofing Services Ltd pulled out all the stops to get the job completed prior to Christmas 2025. They worked incredibly hard in limited daylight to get it finished to the appropriate standard, including two Saturdays and one Sunday. The team were unfailingly punctual and the communication before, during and after the work has been great. We did have one or two follow-up queries and these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently which was very reassuring. Following the work the weather has been pretty awful, so we're very grateful for a new watertight roof! Recommended!!

I am so glad i chose Butler Roofing . Quick response to my initial enquiry and within hours had a survey done. Job was agreed to suit. As it turned out my flat garage roof was much worse than thought and house roof was.a few months away from becoming a sieve.Great advice from Jim and further work negotiated. The roofing team were a joy, friendly, helpul and ready to answer any questions. They worked as a team and my goodness they worked hard. They cleaned up behind them and the end result was a first class finish. I am very happy and have no problem recommending them to get up on your roof.
