Prompt, clear procedures from Blue Sky backed up by detailed work specs on emails. The guy turned up on time. He was polite, efficient, and explained what he had done on his visit. No complaints.

Cancelled twice, each time on the day they were supposed to carry out their services. Not everyone works from home - two wasted days of annual leave. Do not recommend.
