Ben's Gutters Nottingham

Ben's Gutters Nottingham was established in 2010 and provides gutter cleaning services in Nottingham for residential and commercial customers. The company uses SkyVac systems and cherry pickers to access and clean gutters and roofs. It offers a zero-contact roof cleaning service using gentle steam washing from mobile scaffold towers.

It cleans all common types of guttering and downpipes, including uPVC, aluminium, cast iron and timber gutters, as well as modern seamless systems. Commercial gutter cleaning is provided for warehouses, hospitals, and schools. The company employs fully trained, uniformed operatives who are fully insured. A 100% satisfaction guarantee is offered.

Prompt, thorough gutter clearing emerges as the strongest recurring theme in the feedback for this company, with reviewers consistently highlighting the professionalism and courtesy of the staff who carry out the work. Difficult-to-access guttering is described as being handled without shortcuts, and several accounts note the care taken to remove debris completely so that water runs away properly again, including a job where roughly two buckets of accumulated dirt were lifted from awkward reaches. Particular thanks go to named team members such as Luke, Connor and Duane, the latter credited with an early arrival, steady progress and a finish that left the whole area looking fresh, alongside a welcome window clean.

The wider crew is described as efficient, friendly and polite, with the work area left tidy afterwards. Communication also comes up often, as staff explain what has already been completed and what is still to do, show finished results, and point out problems such as pigeon nests beneath solar panels or guttering fitted incorrectly by another firm, which was affecting drainage. Punctuality and precision are mentioned repeatedly, and cleaning of soffits, fascias and UPVC roof sections alongside the gutters features more than once.
