Contacted Ben's Gutters online for a quote to clean the gutters,facias & soffits. Received a phone call the same day and agreed to the quotation. I was offered an appointment the next day. The member of staff who came at the precise time, Charlie ?, was very professional, courteous and polite. He quickly set up the cleaning equipment and commenced work immediately. He was very thorough and did an excellent job - exactly what we wanted ! After completing the cleaning he left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended company.
Stefan was brilliant. He contacted me beforehand to arrange a time. I had an early slot and half expected him to be late - he wasn’t. The job was done quickly and efficiently with before and after photos so I could see what had been done. Stefan was professional, polite and friendly.
We had our gutters and facias done by Peter and was very impressed with his attitude, politeness, professionalism and speed at which he carried out the work. An added bonus was he quickly identified and rectified a long standing leak from a gutter joint. A first class job all round.
A very good and reliable service. I phoned and they came out the sae day to clean the gutters. Workman was very polite and a good worker. The service was good value for money and I am happy to recommend it to anyone who needs their gutters cleared out.

This is the second time I have used this company to clean my gutters, soffits and fascias. As previously, the attention to customer service was superb. From the first contact to the last email (checking I was happy with the service provided), the company have been professional, personable and have delivered amazing service. My cleaner this time was Ashton Spillane. He arrived early, confirmed with me what I was having done and then got to work. The job was completed quickly with no mess. Before Ashton left, he advised me of what he had cleared from the gutters and that all the work had been completed and there were no outstanding issues. A brilliant job, well done.
