During the booking process, I specifically asked whether the downpipe could be removed, and I was informed over the phone that the technician would be able to assess and potentially carry out the work when they arrived. However, upon arrival, the technician advised that they only provide gutter cleaning services and do not offer downpipe removal at all. Had I been given this information at the time of booking, I would not have proceeded with the appointment. To be clear, the technician was punctual, polite, and professional, and I have no complaints regarding their conduct. My issue is with the inaccurate information provided during the booking process. After contacting the company afterwards, I was told that downpipe removal is not a service they offer and that they were unsure why I had been advised otherwise. This was very misleading and resulted in me booking a service that did not meet my requirements. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite acknowledging that incorrect information had been provided, no compensation, goodwill gesture, or other attempt to resolve the issue was offered. Overall, the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with accurate communication from the offset.
Excellent service from Nikolai. Arrived promptly and made a great job of the gutters. Nice touch to have before and after pictures. Would definitely recommend and will be contacting them again next year.
Very friendly gentleman. No delay in doing the work. Showed us home much debris he had taken out the gutter. And, pushed on a drainpipe that had come loose between our and our neighbour property and then told us he'd done it. Very much appreciated.
