Assured Roofing & Specialist Leadworks

Adam was so helpful and talked me through everything. Really recommend! Thank you 😊

Assured Roofing have completed the complete overhaul of our listed building roof which involved new battens and replacement of damaged and missing tiles. The guys worked in wintry conditions but protected our property throughout. They also took photos of their progress and arranged the emergency repair of both chimneys which became apparent as the work progressed. We also had a further chimney repaired and repointed and an annex flat roof replaced which had completely failed. Adam kept us informed throughout, including days when it was not feasible to carry out the work and when scaffolding would be erected and taken down. The team were very helpful and mindful of our property. The main property roof was completed the week before Xmas with the scaffolding removed in time too. Lovely for Xmas, thank you! Very happy with the quality of work, thank you.

Adam and team were polite and efficient. Good work repairing a grade 2 listed house . It took a little time to get booked but from then everything moved smoothly. The quote was reasonable and the work done to high standard. Thank you Adam

I recently had a full roof replacement on my detached bungalow, including chimney removal and re-boarding of the flat roof finished with EPDM rubber. Insulation was added to both roofs. I was nervous to hire a contractor, but Adam and his team completely restored my confidence and peace of mind. Adam was professional, friendly, and always available to answer my questions. The quote was detailed, very competitive and honoured with no surprises! Building regulations and any extras that cropped up were handled without a fuss. Gary and Ollie, who worked on the pitched roof, were excellent — methodical and friendly. Thank you for dealing with a tricky insulation issue during the summer heat and for going the extra mile to make my old, wavy roof look amazing! the dry ridge tiles are so neat- I love it when people compliment the roof! Big shout-out to the flat roof team too — they totally transformed it in just one day! If you need roofing work done, I highly recommend getting in touch with Adam. Many Many thanks to the whole team. Shaheen

Adam, Gary and the team did an outstanding job. A complicated and old roof requiring all new slates and lead work. The team were prompt, always communicating clearly and went the extra mile to get the job done in good time. The work was done within budget and site left clean for scaffolders to remove the scaffolding. I was delighted with the work and would unreservedly recommend Assured Roofing.

This is the second time we have used Assured Roofing. We asked Adam to replace all the parts and general maintenance of the entire gutter. He has gone the extra mile to successfully ordered "all" the parts despite some of which are discontinued. This job was completed by his efficient professional Team with Technical Expertise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE.

I highly recommend Adam and his company, Assured Roofing. Used them for a complete re-roof of old original roof, so felt, battens, reusing existing clay tile, gutters, fascias and flat roof on a dorma. The initial quote process was very good, covering all aspects including insulation which is a stipulation from the council. Was a big job and very happy with result, we are already feeling the benefits of the insulation. He's a member of NFRC too which is reassuring.
