ARK ROOFING

Fantastic service had a new roof on a three bed property and repairs on another. Price was very reasonable and was not charged extra for some extra work completed when they were doing the repairs. Very prompt and considerate would highly recommend and use again. Thanks Simon and the team !

The lads from Ark Roofing were terrific, great team and cannot be praised enough for their 5* workmanship. Chimney stack repointed, flashing replaced, ridge tiles replaced and front porch flashing replaced. Simon oversaw all the work and checked we were happy with the completed job. Great price as well, can thoroughly recommend.

Simon and his team have made a fantastic job of reroofing our large bungalow which was in a very poor condition. This also included two flat roofs, one of which had been leaking considerably . It proved quite a difficult undertaking but Simon always kept me fully informed and he was always honest in his assessments. The final result is impressive, the tiled roof looks great, the flat roofs & facia boards all finished off to a high standard . Overall a lovely job & I can highly recommend Ark Roofing, Simon & his team for providing a first class service which has definitely improved the value of our property. Thank you.

Responsive, expert and good value for a quality solution to our leaky chimney. Speedy work to an excellent standard. 10 year written guarantee was a bonus. Happy to heartily recommend

Ark Roofing have carried out work on my property twice recently. All work was done at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation calling them again. This team are highly recommended.

Work was completed to a very high standard, in line with my requests - Simon took the time to check what we wanted and made it happen. Worked out a quote and, shockingly, stuck to it to the pound. No, "Ohhh, this will need doing while we're here, oh and we've found this as well - that'll be another £2000". No, the price he worked out was the price we paid at the end - very refreshing. There were a couple of 'snagging' jobs needed to finish the job - 2 chimney caps to be fitted, minor damage to existing guttering, and the crew left discarded screws and ironmongery on my flat roof, as well as broken scaffolding parts in the front garden. The *only* reason the company loses a star is because of the delay in getting these two jobs finished - obviously, this time of year everyone and their brother wants the roof fixing after the wet winter we've had - but waiting 4 weeks seemed a tad excessive. Still, being that busy is a good problem to have though (and a testament to the firm's reputation) :) I wouldn't use anyone else for future roofing needs - I've seen their work and it's to a high standard.

Great work from Simon and his team. Responded quickly to provide a quote and then come and do the job. Work completed looks great, would recommend to anyone looking for a roofer
