What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Gutter cleaning, replacement and repair form the core of the work described by customers of this Leicester firm, with fascia and soffit repairs also featuring in accounts of completed jobs. Steve is the name that recurs most often, and reviewers repeatedly highlight his punctuality, describing him as arriving exactly when agreed and responding to enquiries without delay. Several buyers describe the quality of the finished result, noting that guttering left leaking after storms was secured with new brackets and screw fixings, and that drains were unblocked and gutters cleared thoroughly in a short time.

The standard of workmanship is a point that comes up often, with sites left clean and tidy afterwards. Communication is praised as clear and consistent from the first call through to completion, and the quotes given are described as competitive and reasonable, with one customer noting that Steve suggests ways to save money rather than inflating the job. His manner is called friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and he is said to explain each step of the work clearly, including the condition of surrounding timber that had deteriorated. Flexibility over days and timings helped customers coordinate work across multiple properties.

Took a few minutes to book to get my gutters cleaned. Turned up bang on time and got everything done with no fuss at all. Couldn't ask for more. Fantastic job.

Quick service on a day when everyone's gutters were overflowing I'm sure. Service was excellent, problem identified and sorted within half an hour at a very reasonable rate. Thanks Steve, would highly recommend.

Today is the second time I've used Allsides Guttering. Steve answered my email quickly, came out the same day, cleaned and fixed my gutters for a very reasonable price. There was no attempt at up selling, the price didn't change. Very happy to recommend.
