Advanced Roofing Systems

Advanced Construction & Roofing has 25+ years of experience in construction and roofing. The company is based in North Down and serves customers throughout Northern Ireland. Charles Howard is named in customer testimonials. The company is fully insured and offers insurance backed guarantees. It provides services for homes and businesses. It also provides an optional photographic roof survey.

Roof surveys and storm damage repairs feature prominently in feedback for this Belfast-based roofing contractor. Customers in several reviews describe how Charles responds immediately to enquiries, provides clear explanations of his findings and keeps people updated with arrival times, whether the job is an urgent repair after bad weather or a survey for a mortgage valuation.

Reviews time and again mention the written reports, which arrive promptly and are well presented, and quotes that are considered fair value for the work involved. The standard of workmanship is a recurring theme, with roof repairs described as clean, tidy and completed to a high standard, sometimes within a day of first contact. Charles is also praised for taking time to offer advice on roofing matters even when no paid work results, and for accommodating short-notice requests. Rachael receives similar appreciation for her part in the service.

The team's willingness to fit jobs in quickly, including outside normal hours when rain threatens further damage, comes up often. Longer-term durability of completed roofs is highlighted by customers who have had no issues years after installation. Handling of guarantee transfers and communication throughout the process, including photos and paperwork sent without prompting, round off the picture of a responsive and professional operation.
