Great service from start to finish, very efficient and honestly, the lounge was probably cleaner than when Gavin arrived. There was minimal disruption from the process, which was handy as I was sitting in my office in the next room. Gavin is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does and it was very interesting chatting with him - I hope I didn’t hold him up to much. I would highly recommend their services which are far better than anyone I have used previously. I have already set a reminder in my diary to book next years’ sweeping. Just a footnote, the work was completed in May but I didn't have a Google account at the time !

Used Williams chimney sweep first time yesterday. Excellent service and gave us some kiln dried logs to try, this is a whole new level of quality, we will be using these from now on!
