Disappointed with Peter, he charged £60 said he put a clip in the gutter to stop the leak, the next day it was still leaking. I tried reaching out to him but he did not come back. I had to call another company to come and have a look at it, they confirmed no clip was previously installed.

Peter was great with fixing our leaking roof guttering. Came out very promptly, friendly and diagnosed problem. Excellent service all round, highly recommend. An honest no nonsense roofer.

DH2 Really impressed with Tyneside Rooflines. I have recently had my fascias, soffits, dry verge, guttering, downpipes, and Tudor boarding replaced. Peter came out within a day of the initial call, spent a good 20 minutes explaining everything through properly. I went away and got other quotes, however none could offer what Tyneside Rooflines could. Especially to have these items in black colour and to have the Tudor board replaced on the property. In terms of the work, 2 and a half days of hard graft by Peter and Richard. From turning up to leaving, neither one of them stopped. The quality was super, all of the old rotten wood removed and replaced- unlike many companies who just place over the top. Everything taken into fine detail, and all cleaned up at the end. Really happy with this work and end result, likely to use company in the future for any roof work. Would highly recommend!!

I went ahead with the job for repointing all the ridge tiles on my roof and also decided to go ahead with new fascias, soffits and guttering as my old guttering was dripping on very rainy days . Peter and Richard started the work on time as scheduled and completed to a very satisfactory level. I would definitely recommend Peter for any roofing work.

Excellent! Tyneside Rooflines hit the heights (or should I say hit the roof) in delivering excellent services from initial contact to the finish of three jobs. I had a leak in my gutter caused by part of the gutter dropping and decided on contacting Tyneside Rooflines because of their excellent google reviews. Contacting and using a company you have never used before can be a bit of a minefield as however my concerns disappeared in my communications with Peter at Tyneside Rooflines. I visited their website and sent a photo of my guttering with a description of the problem. Peter responded within the hour with suggestions of why there was a problem and most importantly how he could repair it. With a couple of interactions through both email and phone calls I had a good price to repair the gutter and agreed a start date and time. On the agreed date they turned up on time after reconfirming with me the night before that it was still okay to do the job. They repaired the leaking and dropped gutter issue with professionalism and enthusiasm. They even provided evidence to me that the flow of the gutter was working as it should be. I was so impressed with them that I asked for prices to install fascia on the front of my house and installation of a new dry verge system for both ends of my roof. We agreed the price and a date to complete the work. I am delighted to say they successfully completed these two new jobs with the minimum of fuss. Overall Tyneside Rooflines behaved very professionally with clear communication whether it was to confirm what they would do, when they would do it and ensure that I was happy with their work. Punctual, professional, enthusiastic, quality work, good value, knew what they were doing and most importantly I would highly recommend Tyneside Rooflines as an honest trustworthy reliable company
