Excellent service. Warmly received enquiry when telephoned them, appointment confirmed by email, arrived punctually Polite and considerate on arrival, got on with the job, and no mess at all. Chimney swept and waste removed, base of chimney hoovered and left tidy. Stepan methodical and precuse in his work. Very reasonable price too. Would highly recommend.

Stepan recently swept our chiminey & checked the multifuel stove that we have. He notified me that the throatplate was warped and took it out to show me, he promply sourced me a new part and fitted it within 2 days. The stove is better that ever now, his process is spotless and very efficient. He is very punctual, friendly and polite and would definitley recommend him to anyone.
