From the start I was very impressed at Paul's responsiveness which was timely and rapid. He arranged a visit very soon after our initial email and could not have been more professional and friendly. He obviously knows his stuff and his advice was welcome and needed. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone who is having chimney issues.

Excellent experience with Sparkling Flues - Paul responded to my email super quickly and organised a visit within only a couple days. He did a fabulous job cleaning our very old and sooty chimneys, as well as generously taking time to answer all my fireplace-related questions! Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The fireplaces are now really clean, and the rooms were absolutely spotless afterward despite two full bags of soot and dust collected from the chimneys. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Emma is fantastic, shows up on time, cleans up every spec of dust and you can even pay immediately on card machine. Certificates are electronic now as well so no need to keep hold of flimsy bits of paper.
