I’m genuinely pleased with the service I received. The team was friendly, professional, and completed the work to a high standard. Everything was finished on time, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Roof was thought to be completed satisfactory, lots of rubble left in attic and above the windows which almost caused an incident when we had a windows replaced a few years later. Our conservatory was sub contracted out and had many issues along the way, including the internal footprint being smaller than agreed upon. They also do not get their work signed off by building regulations, so factor that £500 into the cost of your building works.

We recently had a new roof installed by this company and, overall, the work itself was excellent. The representative who came out to provide the quote was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The roofing team were also fantastic – friendly, hardworking and completed the job to a high standard in a very short timeframe. We were really pleased with both the workmanship and the finished result. However, the after-sales experience has unfortunately let them down. Since the work was completed, we've received a large number of follow-up sales calls about additional work. We have repeatedly explained that we are not looking to have any further work done this year, yet the calls have continued. It got to the point where I blocked the number because the calls were becoming frustrating. Unfortunately, the calls then started coming from withheld/unknown numbers, which made the situation even more irritating and felt unnecessarily persistent. In addition to the calls, we've also had repeated door knockers calling at the house to try and discuss further work. We now tend to ignore knocks at the door because we're tired of having the same conversation over and over again. Unfortunately, that means we're sometimes reluctant to answer the door at all, which isn't ideal and has resulted in us missing genuine callers. The company to make notes on customer records when someone has clearly said "no thank you" and follow them. A single courtesy follow-up is understandable, but repeated calls and visits after being told no multiple times is excessive and detracts from what was otherwise a very positive experience. Excellent workmanship, great staff and a quality finished product. If I were reviewing the roofing work alone, it would be five stars. However, the relentless follow-up calls and doorstep visits have left a sour taste and are the reason I'm marking the company down.

Excellent Window Installation – Highly Recommended We recently had new windows installed by Prestige Midlands Ltd and we are genuinely very pleased with the whole experience. From the initial quote to the final fitting, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, were polite, and worked very cleanly throughout the installation. They took care to protect our home while removing the old windows and left everything tidy once the job was completed. The quality of the new windows is excellent – they look great and have already made a noticeable difference in warmth and noise reduction in the house. Communication was also good, with clear updates and no pressure during the quotation stage. The fitters explained what they were doing and made sure we were happy before finishing up. Overall, we’re very happy with the standard of workmanship and would definitely recommend Prestige Midlands Ltd to anyone considering new windows.
