Lee and his team did an awesome job repairing our chimney and securing our loft. He was very professional with good communication. Would recommend if you live in the Norwich area.

Lee visited the property promptly and seemed knowledgeable, so I was initially hopeful. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-up messages over the course of a month, I never received the promised quotation. On several occasions I was assured that the quote would be sent “that afternoon”, “tomorrow” or “over the weekend”, but nothing arrived. I also made it clear that if the job was not of interest, I would appreciate being told so, but I was repeatedly reassured that the quote was coming. I understand that tradespeople are busy, but clear communication is important. After waiting a month and chasing several times, I had no option but to seek alternative quotations. Disappointing experience due to poor communication and unfulfilled commitments. Following the reply challenging my version of events, I thought it helpful to share the timeline for your judgement. 6th May - first contact 7th May - site visit with promise of quote 21st May - I follow up if quote was coming? You said yes, still interested just busy 29th May - I follow up again You said you’d sent quote, I asked you which email and date, you admitted you didn’t have my e-mail. I sent my e-mail address 2nd June - I chase again, no reply 12th June - I write an honest review You reply to review gaslighting me… no apology.

We recently had a full reroof completed by Lee and his team and are very pleased with the result. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with the job finished in just a few days. The scaffolders were also excellent, arriving at short notice to erect and remove the scaffolding. The workmanship is to a high standard, communication was good throughout, and everything was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. The quote was very fair and remained exactly as agreed, with no unexpected costs. Other companies quoted more than double for the same work, and some suggested additional work that turned out to be unnecessary. We're very happy with the service provided and would happily recommend Lee and his team.

Lee replaced old lead flashing around our chimney and came out on a separate small job call out to fix a broken tile and some felt. Very good communication ahead of the job and great while on the job, leaving things tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to call again for any roofing repairs!

Lee and his team did a great job. It was relatively small and straight forward but the work was done on time, with care and absolutely no mess. I would strongly recommend LJ Brickley to anyone with a roofing requirement.

Really happy with the work Lee and his team did. Lee gave good advice about the best way to repair the roof including making sure our swifts could still nest. They were very efficient, really nice and looked after everything including tidying up after. Really happy with my roof and new loft window and very reasonably priced. Would use again, definitely recommend.
