Fort Roofing Scotland

Had a very good experience using Fort Roofing recently. We had water leaking from around our chimney and Gavin and the team were very helpful in deciding how to fix the issue. Gavin came to assess the issue and was upfront about options and cost, was very fair in pricing the job. He also managed to help fix 1 or 2 unrelated minor issues with the roof while on the job. Everyone was happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Once the work had started it was completed promptly and the guys who carried out the work were excellent.

Had Gavin and his team do our new tiled roof last month. From the very start we knew we had choosen the right company, no pushy sales tactics, everything explained to us in detailed. The boys turned up every day and worked so hard, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job - highly recommend Fort Roofing to anyone! Will post some photos soon.

Due diligence is required when undertaking any costly home renovation, and it goes without saying a roof is utterly vital to the integrity of your home. Never having had to replace a roof meant I had to meet different roofing companies and get many quotes. Gavin won the job because he was knowledgeable, sincere and both ambitious and competitive for his company. I also have such respect for the sheer hard work that was put in daily by his team to create my new roof/velux/guttering/lead/paintwork . And I am very grateful for all the leadwork done so well

We contacted Fort Roofing (FR) based on their positive customer reviews as we’d had an ongoing issue with roof leaks in our utility room and upstairs hall for over three years . We had previously spent a large sum with a different roofer, however the leaks had not been resolved. It seemed to be very difficult to identify the root cause. Gavin and his colleagues from FR undertook work to repair the roof and were thorough and knowledgeable, turning up when they said they would and staying on the job until it was completed. Gavin assured me that they would be able to sort the leaks, which was a great relief as we’d had the problem for such a long time. The Team worked hard, turned up promptly and cleared up after themselves leaving the place as clean and tidy as was possible. It was also very helpful to be able to phone Jamie when we had a couple of questions. The cause of the issue was traced to our upstairs Velux windows which FR replaced. We are delighted to have finally resolved the leaks and have a decorated water tight utility room and hall for the first time in 3 years! We would certainly use the company again ( although I hope we don’t need to!) .

During the bad weather at the end of November, it became apparent that we had a leak into our house, likely coming in via the chimney stack. We tried to get this looked at, but most companies were too busy. Jamie from Fort Roofing responded instantly, came out and assessed the problem and told us when we could expect a repair. This has now been done and our home is water tight again. At all stages in the process Fort Roofing have been in communication with us. We knew when work could be expected and what the issues were. I would recommend Jamie and the team to anyone with roofing needs.

My roof was damaged by the strong winds and I called Fort Roofing to ask for a quote. Gavin arrived the following day and provided a quote and assured us his team would be out early in the next week. They actually turned up 24 hours later and had the scaffold up and repaired the roof in no time. Scaffold taken down quickly too. Fantastic service from Gavin and the team at Fort Roofing. Would happily recommend them for any roofing work.
