A cheery, friendly and polite Mr Ben Meldrum arrived at my flat in Marchmont this morning with his assistant. Everything went very well, they quickly got on with checking and cleaning the chimney showing me the inside from a camera screen. I was kept informed at varous stages. There was no mess and my living room was as I had left it. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family and to all who read this. S. Steel
Great work, really professional, easy and quick to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
We needed advice on cleaning and sealing off having uncovered an old fireplace in a tenement flat. Really helpful, quick and friendly service on the phone and in person. A thorough clean out of the chimney (with no mess in the room) and really practical advice for longer term maintenance. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Excellent service from Edinburgh Chimneys. Informative, professional and good value. I highly recommend.
Excellent experience with Edinburgh Chimneys - super efficient response to our enquiry. Ben & his colleague arrived within the time slot given to us by Katrina, they were very friendly and left our house looking immaculate. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Chimneys.
Such a great experience! In a world of horrible tradesmen, everything was great from start to finish. Communication with Katrina around the price and scheduling was extremely clear. Ben came by to do the work and was so helpful and knowledgable. My flat was left super clean. Would highly recommend.
Great service . Company correspondence was very fast and efficient. The guys who came to service were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
