Everything went very well, they quickly got on with checking and cleaning the chimney showing me the inside from a camera screen. I was kept informed at varous stages. We needed advice on cleaning and sealing off having uncovered an old fireplace in a tenement flat. Really helpful, quick and friendly service on the phone and in person. A thorough clean out of the chimney (with no mess in the room) and really practical advice for longer term maintenance. Would definitely recommend and use again.
