Eco Chimney Sweeps

Eco Chimney Sweeps is an independent chimney sweep business based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The business is run by a team of chimney sweeps. The team's expertise covers domestic appliances including stoves, open fires, gas fires and range cookers. The business mainly covers the Derbyshire and South Yorkshire areas.

The business works with third parties including shops, estate agents and property developers. A contact named Craig is associated with the business. Services include chimney sweeping, bird nest removal, stove repairs, chimney cowl installations and chimney pot repairs.

Punctual, tidy chimney work is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Sheffield-based chimney sweep, with customers consistently noting that appointments are kept and that the sweep leaves no mess behind. Craig is named repeatedly, described as clear about the process and the cost before starting, and willing to explain how to keep a stove in good condition between visits. Ryan also receives praise for leaving a working area spotless.

Reviewers highlight thoroughness on difficult flues, including one job that took longer than expected because of heavy soot, and several mention that advice on multi-fuel stoves was useful. Alongside sweeping itself, the fitting of a chimney pot and a new cowl is singled out, showing that customers trust the team with related chimney services. Booking again the following year is a common remark, as is the speed with which jobs are quoted and fitted in. Being polite, helpful and knowledgeable recurs, and customers describe the experience as straightforward from the first call to the final check.
