Amazing customer experience, Charlie was really responsive and did a fantastic job with our log burner. Very tidy and punctual. 100% recommend.

Very competent and cheerful guy. Listened for him whistling Chim-Chiminey, but it didn't happen. He will be back again next year.

Charlie went beyond the beck and call to clean up our wood burner and get it in shape for the forthcoming winter season. He was thorough, clear and professional, as well as being very friendly to boot. I’d recommend his services to anyone locally.

After doing some searching for a chimney sweeper, I came across Charlie's Chimneys, after a look on their website and read of reviews I new this would be a safe option, after contacting Charlie, we agreed on a date to sweep my log burner flue. Charlie arrived on the day promptly and soon got to work, explaining things as he was setting up, the flue was swept clean and with no mess left at all, the log burner was even treated to a spray polish, Charlie was polite, efficient and informative, I would have no reservations in recommending Charlie's Chimneys to anyone thinking of having their Chimney/Flue swept.

Charlie’s Chimney service is incredible I felt at ease knowing I could trust Charlie to do a thorough job and keep my family safe, would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. A kind and caring service with no mess perfect. Will definitely be using Charlie’s Chimney company from now on .

Fantastic service from Charlie, excellent value, top class work and was able to come out in matter of days usually have to wait few months this time of year. Also needed a repair which he was able to do on day of sweep, the fireplace never looked so good thank you.
