Chris did an excellent job getting our chimney ready for our log fire to be installed. Very polite and very professional, checking all aspects to make sure that once installed we would be safe. He arrived on time and left without a spot of soot in the room. Overall a great service and value for money, would highly recommend.
Chris updated me on his arrival time and felt comfortable leaving him in my cottage while I went out to the shops. took under an hour very efficient , My wood-burner looks as good as new and just looking forward to lighting my fire again soon Steve Batchelor Olympic gold medalist
Chris did a great job on our chimneys, including removing a birds nest from a chimney that had not been used for many years. Very knowledgeable and clean job.
Have been using Chris to clean our open fireplace for the past few years now and would definitely recommend him. He is super polite and helpful and leaves everything clean and tidy. I really appreciate the fact that he put a reminder in to contact me to remind me that the chimney will need cleaning soon
Chris was friendly and professional, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again next year.
Chris did an excellent job, and was very helpful, taking on an unplanned job of removing a birds nest, with no hesitation. Chris arrived with plenty of time to spare, and the job was done in good time, despite the extras, with no dramas. Seeing the chimney all clean and tidy on the camera was reassuring, as was Chris's professionalism and knowledge. Thanks for the excellent service Chris!
Initially found Chris through Facebook, and so glad we did. We were after a sweep of our chimney as we had never used it since moving into our house. Chris was very informative about the process and the steps to take when using and caring for our fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions without hesitation. The price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend Chris if you are looking to sort your chimney for the winter and have already booked in for a check next year. Steph and Becca
