Craig was very thorough in the job. He made recommendations for looking after our log burner without pressuring us to do these there and then. He also sent links to help us make informed decisions after he had left to help us continue to take care of our burner. Highly recommended!!

I booked for a sweep when I moved into a new house. After a thorough inspection of fire, flue and chimney and test Craig determined that the fire was in good condition with no need for a sweep. Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful, giving tips etc. Will be using him again
Craig's down to earth, friendly and helpful. I had no idea how to use my stove correctly having moved into a house with it already installed. He was happy to answer my questions and give advice while cleaning chimney and servicing stove. Got a bit of history about my stove too which was nice. Will use him again as he gets the job done and is a lovely person.
Craig was punctual and polite. Our chimney hadn’t been swept for many years and he had to do it twice to get rid of all the soot. Although there was a huge amount of soot that came out, there was no mess at all. So impressed with the service received, and would not hesitate to recommend Craig.
