Purely objective review. Contacted them and they asked for photos which I provided then they asked for more details so I sent a video. They messaged to say it shouldn’t be a problem looking at the pics and video but also sent an automated caveat that if it couldn’t be done I’d still be charged. When I question it I was told it was a template message to cover themselves but told again it shouldn’t be a problem. They came to site and couldn’t do the job and charged me. The deduction from future work even I asked was only for work over £300 Message below: “ Yeah, pretty sure we will be able to reach, the above templated message is to cover all basis really, we have always had an attendance fee and that allows for our time if they attempt it and couldn’t reach. But as it says we would deduct that from anything in the future. I’m of course happy to try it’s just upto you if you want to pay the call out fee I guess. sorry I can’t definitively say, but I do think it will work……🤞🏻”
Excellent job done by Kamil Really pleasant young man who showed me pictures of the gutters, before and after cleaning. Very happy to recommend
Great service, easy to book. I really don't fancy climbing tall ladders any more at my age. There was a problem after the latest visit with a TV aerial cable that had been knocked out of place while the gutters were cleared, but when I called about it, someone came next day to sort it out. I'm looking forward to some rain.
A most reliable service, very friendly and flexible. The job is always thorough and carefully done by hand, plus expert advice given when necessary. Admin is excellent too.
We have been customers of Ben's Gutters for many years, and they have always provided a first class service, always very courteous and efficiend.
I would like to recommend Bens Gutters because this is the second time I’ve used them and they do the job with no fuss, no bother. The man that came (on both occasions) was friendly and very helpful. This time he found one of the down pipes blocked up by moss and cleared it all out so that the rainwater could flow properly into the water butt. He was very efficient. Whilst he’s up there he can also let you know the condition of your rainwater goods. 10 out of 10 👍
Always a simple booking process. Always arrive at stated time and do a good job and lovely and friendly too. Have used Ben's Gutters for years.
