They worked with us to ensure we complied with listed building regs, sourcing compliant slates at a reasonable price. All work was completed to a very high standard, and minor issues caused by 2 storms during the work were resolved swiftly and efficiently. Their communication was excellent, with weekly progress reports and photos. Their pricing and invoicing schedule was very clear and transparent, with no hidden surprises. As expected with any job this size, some issues came to light while work was underway. These were clearly explained and priced very reasonably before additional work was agreed (and were very minor in the grand scheme of things). Overall we were very pleased with the job, the total price came in under what we expected, and I would highly recommend Apex for any roofing work.
I can’t recommend Apex enough. They provided quotes well in advance, and despite long delays caused by missing shares, they were consistently patient and courteous. The quality of the work is excellent, and their team were unfailingly polite and professional from start to finish.

Really positive experience with Apex from start to finish. They provided a competitive quote for repairs to a downpipe and adjacent mortar. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Communication throughout was refreshingly swift and clear and they were accommodating of additional requirements which were addressed with care and attention. Would definitely use Apex again.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Apex. We called them out for several leaks in our roof back in July last year. They came out, broke a light switch in the property and then never had the good grace to come back to us with a quote. Cannot recommend.
When our roof was damaged in a severe storm, Apex responded quickly and professionally which was a huge relief. During the repair process a skylight was unfortunately broken, but Apex handled the situation gracefully, repairing the skylight, working around my schedule, and completing all work to the highest standard. Throughout the entire process, their team were courteous, responsive and reliable – a real pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Apex, not only for their swift initial repair but for their integrity and how they resolved an unforeseen issue.
