Ace Window & Cleaning Services

Extremely poor customer service experience with this company. Can only think these lower star reviews will increase in number as it appears the workload is becoming unmanageable for this company. Going through staff like a dose of salts. No idea what is going on and which windows are being done or if people have cancelled or not. I had used them for several years happily (with ongoing reminders to blade downstairs as the water marks are horrendous) until I received a text message calling me a liar in as many words. My windows were not cleaned and anyone with eyes could see that if they bothered themselves to look. I was in all day, on annual leave and still have my eye sight so which windows exactly had been cleaned? Well established cobwebs, fine layer of dirt you can see your finger marks in and then an insulting 2 quid deduction but happy to take my money again in a fortnight for a job they should be 're-doing'. If you use them, check their cleaning and avoid a direct debit. Disgusted and apalled. Clearly projecting their own dishonesty onto me.

Excellent job of clearing guttering and cleaning fascia and soffits a few weeks ago so had them back to clean the windows. Had block paved driveway jet washed and sanded this morning, again excellent job, clean tidy work and always punctual. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

Today Ace Windows has restored my block paving back to nearly its original condition of 25years by power washing, treating and resanding.I would recommend this company to undertake any work for me.

Very good service, Adam and his lads are spot on !! Been using then for 6 years now

Great company. Have used them for a few years now to do my windows. Honest and reliable. Just had the patio jet washed. Perfect. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. Reminders are sent a day prior to clean - very helpful since ‘brain fog’ took over 🤣 A professional and respectful team. Very happy with the service Ace Windows have provided this year 👍

After searching for months for a window cleaner in Derby, I contacted ACE following a Google search. Despite numerous unsuccessful posts on Facebook, a brief two-minute call with ACE resulted in a window cleaner being arranged the same day. The ACE team arrived fully equipped and conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. They spent considerable time ensuring the windows and seals were thoroughly cleaned, not just a quick five-minute job. Their pricing is very competitive, making it feasible for me to schedule window cleaning every other week. They offer a variety of convenient payment methods, including BACS, contactless, and direct debit. The team arrived in a well-marked van, dressed smartly and looking professional. Tim, who cleaned my windows, was particularly impressive with his knowledge and responsiveness to my questions. Overall, an excellent job, especially considering the windows hadn't been cleaned in years. I can finally see outside again. Thank you very much, and I look forward to your next visit.
